Domestic: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL (2-10 days)
Please allow 1-3 days handling prior to shipment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal or less value may be requested. Please contact Sheffield WoodTurning immediately via the contact page sharing the reason for your exchange request and desired exchange item.
You will receive notice once your exchange request has been approved. Exchange items must be shipped back to Sheffield WoodTurning within 7 business days. Please place the item in the original or suitable box with all necessary protective packaging material. Returns must be insured for their full value. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The approved exchange item will be shipped when we receive the returned original item.
Due to the high cost of shipping the steady rest we do not accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact Sheffield WoodTurning immediately via the contact page sharing your concerns. We will work with you to resolve the issues.
In the event your order is damaged during shipment, you must contact Sheffield WoodTurning via email within 7 business days. Please provide information and photo documentation clearly showing the damaged package and item as received. email@example.com
All orders are insured for their full value with the shipping carrier. The information and photos you provide will be submitted to the shipping carrier for refund approval. Once refund approval has been received from the shipping carrier, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost
